Bundle Up, NYC! Winter is Here with a Vengeance

Greetings to all my furry friends and their pawrents! This weekend, New York City is experiencing a cold front with temperatures as low as 8 degrees Fahrenheit. And with the wind chill, it feels like 0 degrees outside! But as a black Russian terrier, I am loving every moment of it.
